Medical Emergency Team: Help members with health-related problems

The USPS Medical Emergency Team called "F.A.S.T." has openings for members who are health care professionals or who have health care backgrounds. Among other tasks, we make ourselves available to assist members who become ill or have health-related problems at national meetings. If you are an EMT, Paramedic, RN, or MD, and would like to offer your help with a well-received program, just fill out a resume (on the Nominations web-page)and let me know. Cooperative Charting: Committee Member and District Representative

The Cooperative Charting Committee has help NOAA maintain the accurcy of their charts for four decades, the Committee is looking for USPS members that are willing to help continue this tradition. We are also working on a commitment to the US Army Corps of Engineers to develop a program similar to the one we have with NOS, this new program will submit chart updates to the inland river/lake charts for the USACE. Join a team that has been reported to be one of the most effective user-participation programs in the federal services.
